Your work stays
your information.

We collect only what is needed to review applications, organize the Zurich residency, and contact candidates about their application.

What we collect

Your contact details, location, team and professional roles, project and progress answers, residency needs and availability, and the links you choose to share, including public or unlisted video links. We do not ask you to upload files or provide sensitive health information or demographic data in this application.

How it is used

Only authorized European Robotics House reviewers use the information to evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, make program decisions, and administer the residency.

Online drafts

While you complete the form, unfinished answers are saved online so you can continue on another device. Access is controlled by the secret draft link in your browser address bar: anyone with that link can view and change the draft, so keep it private. We store only a one-way hash of the link secret, not the secret itself.

Retention

Online draft answers are deleted 90 days after their latest save, or sooner when you choose Delete draft or submit the application. A content-free security marker may remain for up to 90 more days so an old tab cannot recreate a deleted draft. Unsuccessful applications are retained for up to 12 months after the 2026 cohort ends, then deleted or anonymized. Operational records for selected participants may be retained where required to run the program. To prevent submission abuse, we keep a rotating, pseudonymous network key; it expires from the active limit after two hours and stale keys are removed when the application service next receives traffic.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your application by emailing contact@eurotech-federation.com. We do not use application answers for marketing without separate consent.
